All of the precious metal items (Sterling silver, 9ct Gold, 14ct Gold and 18ct Gold) are made to order. This means once you make a purchase online, choosing your correct ring size and precious metal. We start the 3D printing and metal casting process. This ensures you receive the freshest piece of jewellery possible and to your correct ring size.
After the 3D printing and casting is complete, our legendary jewellers hand polish and assembly your piece of jewellery before packaging and sending off to you.
This process can take up to 21 days before the item is shipped from our studio. We aim to send all packages after 14 days but due to unforeseen circumstances in the process we cannot guarantee this time frame.
Yes, returns are welcome on any faulty products within 30 days of receiving the parcel.
You can also exchange the faulty item for another item from our online store.

If your purchased crystal necklace breaks, or the stone in your ring breaks before you receive during transit. Then we will replace the damaged goods.
We cannot replace any broken crystals from necklaces or ring hitting against any hard objects. However we can help you fix or replace the crystals at your own cost. Quote will be done case by case.

How do I get my ring size?
There are many ring sizing guides online. User beware of using these techniques as they can be misleading if the correct procedure is not followed. We recommend visiting us at our Studio in Auckland, email firstname.lastname@example.org for an appointment. Otherwise visit your local jeweller to get your desired finger sized correctly.
What if the ring I ordered is the wrong size?
You're responsible for attaining your correct ring size when purchasing from our online store. Unfortunately due to the 'Made to order' process we can not exchange any rings that are the wrong size for you.
We can do exchanges if the ring you received is a different size than what you ordered online. But if the ring is the same size as what you ordered, but still doesn't fit, we cannot exchange these goods.

Yes, we have a custom jewellery page and a brief 'Clink Custom order form' that you can fill out with your creative ideas. We will respond with a quote and comments regarding your idea.

Do you do engagement rings?
Yes, we have completed some engagement rings with outstanding diamond quality. All our diamonds used are GIA certified.
We can also design custom mens engagement rings.

Yes, we can source certain crystals and gemstones for necklaces or for precious metal jewellery.
We can also use any crystals and gemstones you have to make custom pieces of jewellery for you. This will be cheaper because you're using your own crystals or gemstones.
How is my order packaged?
Your ring or necklace will be packed in a ring box or a woven pouch. This is then placed in a small box with a natural crystal to keep everything safe. The small box is then placed in a bubbled wrapped courier bag.
Regarding any returns, the order needs to be sent back in this same packaging without being damaged in order for us to approve any faulty items for a refund or exchange.

Are there any customs taxes and duties when ordering from any country outside of New Zealand?
Depending on the total of your order will depend on how much customs duties and taxes you will have to pay when the item lands in your country.
Please make sure you're aware of your own countries customs import laws.
